Sponsorship plays an important role in helping Saint John Fundy Pride bring meaningful events and programming to our community each year. Through the support of local businesses and organizations, we are able to host Pride celebrations, community gatherings, and initiatives that uplift and support the 2SLGBTQIA+ community across Saint John and the Fundy region.

By becoming a sponsor, your organization demonstrates a commitment to inclusion, diversity, and community connection. Sponsorship not only helps make Pride possible, it also connects your brand with thousands of community members and visitors who participate in Pride events throughout the year.

IN-KIND
SPONSORSHIP

Sponsors at any level may also support Pride through in‑kind contributions, such as:

  • printing and signage

  • staging, AV, lighting

  • security, first aid, or accessibility supports

  • venues, food, alcoholic or non‑alcoholic beverages, or supplies

In‑kind recognition will be aligned with fair‑market value.

TIER 6

PARADE
ENTRY

For businesses, organizations, and community groups who want to march in the Pride Parade and show visible support.

Includes:

  • Official Pride Parade entry (One Float per donation)

  • Listing as a Parade Participant on festival website

  • Opportunity to walk, roll, or ride in the parade

Note: Parade Entry is participation‑focused and does not include broader sponsorship benefits.

Event Sponsors receive naming rights and targeted visibility tied to a specific Pride experience and audience.

Includes everything in Tier 3 PLUS:

  • Naming rights:
    “[Event Name] Presented by [Sponsor]”

  • Logo placement on event‑specific promotional graphics

  • Recognition by event emcee or host (where applicable)

  • Opportunity for welcome remarks at a signature festival moment (as appropriate)

  • Dedicated social media feature highlighting sponsor’s support of that event

  • Logo placed on Flag uptown SJ (1 per donation)

  • 4 (total) VIP access tickets for sponsor representatives

The Presenting Sponsor is the lead champion of Pride in Saint John, supporting the full festival and helping ensure Pride remains accessible, visible, and community‑focused.

Includes everything in Tier 2 PLUS:

  • Exclusive Presenting Sponsor naming rights for the full festival

  • Top‑tier logo placement across:

    • Festival website

    • Key promotional materials and sponsor recognition signage

  • Opportunity for welcome remarks at a signature festival moment (as appropriate)

  • Dedicated social media spotlight (2 posts + tagged mentions during festival)
